If you wear glasses, use prescription lenses (corresponding to 0.01 to 0.3 naked eye vision).

In normal scuba diving, you breathe through your mouth, but if you are new to scuba diving, breathing only through your mouth can feel stressful and suffocating.
With a full-face mask, you can also breathe through your nose, so you can breathe normally without worrying about whether you are going through your mouth or nose, so you can enjoy diving without stress! Please try to take slow, deep breaths.
Full-face masks rarely allow water to enter the mask.
Even if it gets in, it can be easily drained.

You don't have to hold the regulator in your mouth, so your jaw won't get tired.
Also, if you are experienced and can breathe through your mouth, you can use a normal diving mask and regulator.
With a full-face mask, the air coming out of the regulator and the mouth are a little further apart than when you normally hold your mouth and breathe, so you may feel suffocated with a regular performance regulator.
Therefore, "ease of sucking" is greatly influenced by the performance of the regulator.
