Reservations / Inquiries

We usually reply to inquiries or reservation emails within 24 hours, and we always do it within 48 hours at the latest.

If there is no reply from Carte Marine, it is possible that the email from the customer has not arrived, or that the reply email from here has not reached the customer.

Especially, there seems to be a lot of trouble with emails from "hotmail".
If you do not receive a response from us within 48 hours, please be sure to contact us by phone.

Please make a reservation after confirming the reservation status.
